What information should I include for fastest support?
Include your TRON base58 wallet address, the relevant transaction hash if applicable, and a clear description of what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots of errors help too.

Please email security@trxwatt.com with details. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours. Do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly until we've had a chance to patch them.
