Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TRXWatt demo (the “Service”). By connecting a wallet or interacting with the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is experimental software currently deployed on the TRON Nile testnet for demonstration. It facilitates renting and leasing TRON Energy via an on-chain broker contract. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.

2. No advice; assumption of risk

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating it. See the Risk disclosure.

3. Non-custodial of your keys

We never hold your private keys or seed phrase. Every state-changing action is signed by your own wallet. Note that staked principal is held by the broker contract (see the Risk disclosure) — this is distinct from key custody.

4. Eligibility & compliance

You represent that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not a sanctioned person or located in a prohibited region. We may restrict access to comply with applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, data, or profits, or any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

The Service and these terms may change or be discontinued at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
